All payments made towards membership plans, training programs, healthcare services, and donation contributions are non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
In case of any duplicate transaction, technical error, or incorrect payment, the user may contact our support team within 3–5 working days. After verification, if found valid, the refund will be processed as per our internal policies.
Please note:
- Membership and training fees are non-refundable.
- Donations made for social and medical support are non-refundable.
- Any benefits or services are provided as per eligibility and organizational guidelines.
